You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of educators and specialists to provide psychological services for children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs. Classrooms follow 8:1:2 and 12:1:2 staffing models for optimal support. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized behavior plans Provide counseling and crisis support as needed Participate in IEP meetings and help set developmental goals Collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Qualifications PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology (required) New York State licensure or eligibility (required) Experience working with preschool or early childhood populations (preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Why Work with Phaxis Education?
