Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst: * Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. * Provide insights into key business drivers through variance analysis and performance tracking. * Prepare dashboards and executive-level presentations for senior leadership. * Lead ROI and profitability analysis for new initiatives and cost-optimization efforts. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions. * Support long-range planning and the annual budgeting process. * Participate in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning. * Assist with month-end close activities and partner with accounting to ensure GAAP compliance. * Drive process improvements and leverage financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus). * 3 years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Strong proficiency in financial modeling and performance analytics. * Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred. * Working knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. * Solid understanding of GAAP, corporate finance, and financial reporting. * Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills. * Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver insights with confidence. * Exposure to accounting functions and M&A is a plus.
