Who You Are You are a passionate individual with a keen interest in working with and inspiring young people. You aim to make a difference in their lives, support them to have a voice in services, and engage them in positive activities within a universal open-access youth setting. You are part of a team dedicated to providing safe spaces for young people in the community. What the Job Involves In this role, you will coordinate, develop, and deliver youth projects across the borough. You will plan and provide a range of fun youth activities and programmes, ensuring they are effectively set up and operated. You will also directly line manage staff, develop partnerships with key stakeholders, and meet performance targets. Additionally, you will be actively involved in planning and organizing projects focusing on various youth issues, such as health, crime, and community engagement.
