What the Job Involves This role involves managing a caseload of individuals with care and support needs and their carers, conducting needs assessments, and developing and reviewing care and support plans. You will carry out adult safeguarding enquiries, manage complex cases, and may participate in legal processes. You will also collaborate with networks, communities, and agencies, advocate for resources, and take part in training and meetings to enhance your professional development while upholding council policies and equality duties.
