Do you self-identify as autistic or neurodivergent? Have you experienced barriers to finding or maintaining employment? We would like to get to know you!

The Specialisterne USA Talent Pool Community is available to US residents authorized to work lawfully in the US who self-identify as autistic or otherwise neurodivergent and have experienced barriers to employment.

For Specialisterne, this includes self-identification with one or more of the following:

• Autism (including Asperger’s and PDD-NOS)
• Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
• Learning Disability (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia)
• Intellectual Disability
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
• Tourette Syndrome
