Do you self-identify as autistic or neurodivergent? Have you experienced barriers to finding or maintaining employment? Specialisterne North America works with businesses in the US and Canada to hire neurodivergent employees for employment opportunities across numerous industries and sectors.

Please complete this brief application to join our growing talent pool. The information you share in your application will help us to learn more about your skills and background, as well as the type of work environments that may be the best fit for you.

Specialisterne works with individuals who self-identify as autistic or otherwise neurodivergent. For Specialisterne, this includes self-identification with one or more of the following:

• Autism (including Asperger’s and PDD-NOS)
• Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
• Learning Disability (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia)
• Intellectual Disability
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
• Tourette Syndrome

Here’s what you can expect after joining Specialisterne’s Talent Pool:

• Specialisterne will email you when there are new opportunities available. We post new opportunities as they arise with our employer partners.
• When you see a role that interests you, apply for the role, and a member of the Specialisterne Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
• As part of our talent pool, you will gain access to IBM SkillsBuild and all their STEM job skills training at no cost so you can explore learning pathways while waiting for suitable opportunities to arise.
• Additionally, Specialisterne hosts various social and educational virtual events throughout the year which you will be invited to participate in, and you will also receive access to our monthly talent newsletter.
