Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/11/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel NO LOCAL CANIDATES (40 MILE RADIUS RULE) Contract Length: 13 weeks Float Requirement: First to float within skillset. Newburgh (IN) campus (8 miles apart) & potential to float to Henderson (KY - 11 miles). 2 HR notice given for cross campus float. Mid-shift float within same campus. Cross campus mid-shift float is unlikely but possible. Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Three weekends out of every six week schedule. Every other holiday. Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS. Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 3 years of strong Med/Surg, 2 travel assignment, trauma level II experience. Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required Skillset: Remote tele, chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, straight cath/Foleys, ostomies, Heparin drips, blood/blood product administration, tracheostomy are, PCA management. Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates Unit Information: 41 beds.
